This section will inform a supplier on how to view and extract timesheet information for payroll and billing purposes.

Suppliers will typically need to do this in the beginning of the week to ensure payroll matches with their companies for billing.



OPTION 1: Get total hours per employee with Pay & Bill amounts

Downloading Approved Timesheets

  1. Login to https://my.manage-right.com
  2. Click on Financials Arrow (menu on left side of screen)
  3. In Drop down, Click on Timesheet/Expenses
  4. Search for Status Approved, click on Search
  5. Click Excel button (top middle of screen)
  6. This will give you total approved hours for all employees along with details like total temp pay, total supplier pay

OPTION 2: Get detailed report on total hours per employee

Report on Approved Timesheets

  1. Login to https://my.manage-right.com
  2. Click on Reports (menu on left side of screen)
  3. Look for report Name called Timesheets/Expenses with Rates/Hours and click
  4. Search for Client, Cost Item Status: Approved and click Search
  5. Click Excel button (top middle of screen)
  6. This will give you Reg, OT, DT hours, amounts and details



OPTION 3: Get detailed report on day by day totals per employee

Report on Approved Timesheets for each day

  1. Login to https://my.manage-right.com
  2. Click on Reports (menu on left side of screen)
  3. Look for report Name called Timesheets/Expenses details (complete)  and click
  4. Search for Client, Cost Item Status: Approved and click Search
  5. Click Excel button (top middle of screen)
  6. This will give each day for each employee and all the rates and hours details you need
