Active Roster and search for historical assignments

Article to explain how to find your active roster and also search for those that were ended in the past.
Active Roster
- Login to https://my.manage-right.com
- Click on Assignments > Active (menu of left hand side)
- In this table you will see list of Active Workers names, job titles and dates.
- Users can remove columns and export using the filters or options on the right side of table
- Click on the Assignment Number(far left side) to see more information about that specific employee/worker
- Assignment details will provide the history like: Timesheet history, pay/bill rates, start dates, OT rates , etc on that specific worker
- Scroll to the bottom to see timesheets and rates

Active Roster Export Report
- Login to https://my.manage-right.com
- Click on Reports Icon (graph icon in menu on left hand side)
- This will give all reports. Search for the report called Assignment Status
- Use search criteria only for Status > Active and hit search button
- Review details in the report
- User Can export report using the Excel Icon on the top right
- User can click on the Assignment Number to view that workers history like: timesheet history, pay/bill rates, start dates, etc

Search/Find Historical Assignments - Assignments that were ended
- Login to https://my.manage-right.com
- Click on Assignment Icon (white paper icon in menu on left hand side)
- Click on Search (tab in middle of screen)
- Use Search criteria to find worker, can search by:
- location, division, supplier, temporary employee name.
- Use the magnifying glasses to look up anything.
- Click Search.
- Review Details in Report and export using Excel icon on top right to export.
