Article to explain how to find your active roster and also search for those that were ended in the past.

Active Roster

  1. Login to
  2. Click on Assignments > Active (menu of left hand side)
  3. In this table you will see list of Active Workers names, job titles and dates. 
    1. Users can remove columns and export using the filters or options on the right side of table
  4. Click on the Assignment Number(far left side) to see more information about that specific employee/worker
    1. Assignment details will provide the history like: Timesheet history, pay/bill rates, start dates, OT rates , etc on that specific worker
  5. Scroll to the bottom to see timesheets and rates

Active Roster Export Report

  1. Login to
  2. Click on Reports Icon (graph icon in menu on left hand side)
  3. This will give all reports. Search for the report called Assignment Status
  4. Use search criteria only for  Status > Active and hit search button
  5. Review details in the report
    1. User Can export report using the Excel Icon on the top right
    2. User can click on the Assignment Number to view that workers history like: timesheet history, pay/bill rates, start dates, etc

Search/Find Historical Assignments - Assignments that were ended

  1. Login to
  2. Click on Assignment Icon (white paper icon in menu on left hand side)
  3. Click on Search (tab in middle of screen) 
  4. Use Search criteria to find worker, can search by:
    1. location, division, supplier, temporary employee name.
    2. Use the magnifying glasses to look up anything.
  5. Click Search.
  6. Review Details in Report and export using Excel icon on top right to export.
